BRACO
STABLES is only 7 kilometers (or 4 miles) East of Silver
Sands.
Braco Stables offers a breathtaking tour into the
heartland of Braco Estate, where the magnificently restored
18th Century Country Home proudly dominates 2000 acres of
luxuriant terrain.
- Rugged hillside trails offering sweeping views of the North Coast.
- Beach trails and a swim on your horse in the sea at Braco Beach.
- Twenty-five horses suitable for beginners and experts.
- Families Welcomed. Minimum age - 5 years old.
- Groups Welcomed. Make your reservation in advance.
- Two hour tour.
- Complimentary refreshments.
- Safety helmets provided.
- Snack bar at the beach.
- First ride starts at 10:30 AM, last ride starts at 2:30 PM. Be there 15 minutes prior to departure time.
- Note, there is a weight limit of 250 pounds.

tour.

The Beach Ride takes you alongside the Braco Beach, past an
old abandoned airstrip (built during World War II) which is
rumoured to have been used for smuggling marijuana/ganja,
then on to a private beach where you may swim your horse.
The ride from the beach back to the stables, passes through
farmlands of the locals living close by. Riders are able to
see all kinds of tropical produce like pumpkins, sugarcane,
bananas, okras, carrots, etc.

Families are welcomed, children as young as 5 years old may find a suitable mount and enjoy the ride.
