21. Do I need a passport?
This depends on your citizenship and country of residence.
As of January 8 '07, the Government
of The United States of America will require all travellers
to the USA from Jamaica to have a valid passport.

The best thing to do is to call the airline that will be flying you to Jamaica and ask them what documents you need to be permitted entry to Jamaica. The airline has the power to refuse to allow you to board the flight whether you have a ticket or not, because it is held responsible for taking passengers to Jamaica without proper documents. So call up your airline and give them your details so they can properly advise you of what you will need to be permitted entry to Jamaica.
