29. Can I switch homes after I have made my booking?

Since the homes are owned by separate individuals, it is not usually possible to switch from one home to another after your booking has been confirmed, as we contract with the owner on your behalf to reserve their home for your exclusive use.

You may make the change but this will be considered as a cancellation of the home that you originally booked. You may lose your deposit on this home if we are not able to rent it to someone else for this period. If you do cancel, and we manage to rent it to someone else, there will be a service charge of US$50.
