3. Do you have set days for departure and arrival? Is there a minimum stay?
You may come in on any day of the week and leave on any day of the week.
A few homes require a minimum one week stay and this is clearly stated on the pages for those homes. If there is no stated minimum stay on the page for any particular home, you may stay for as few as 3 nights.
Some homes do have Nightly Rates listed along wth their Weekly Rates. If the home in which you are interested for a stay of less than a week does not have Nightly Rates posted, the Nightly Rate will by one-seventh of the Weekly Rates. The price for a stay of less than a week does not include free Airport Transfers, but we can arrange these for you at our usual rates.
