4. I have never stayed in a private house before, what are the advantages compared to staying in a hotel?
Freedom. You make your own schedules. Eat what you want, when you want, etc. No waiting in lines for anything. No chance of missing breakfast because you slept too late.
Privacy. Staying in a private home gives you all the privacy you need so you can spend quality time with family and friends.
Cost. Private homes work out to be a lot less expensive per person especially when it is a large group. A large family would find a hotel stay an impossibility as far as cost is concerned.
Service. Your villa staff will pamper you. They only have you to concern themselves with. They will cook what you want. The house will be cleaned every day, and the housekeeper will even do your laundry.
