9. How much should I tip the villa staff?
According to the service you receive. Bad service should not be rewarded, but we are confident that you will receive very good service. If you do not, we would like to hear about it. The practice in this industry (according to an article in an American Airlines in-flight magazine) is to leave a tip of about 10% of the cost of the week's accommodation, dividing it among the staff, with the cook being given a bit more than the other members of staff.
