"We had a great stay at Queen's
Cottage. The house was very much what I had expected from
what we saw on the web site. The location was
gorgeous.
...Angela Stewart in your office was friendly and helpful from the time we made reservations online until the time we left.
...Driver's were courteous and prompt for all our other transportation arrangements while we were there.
...I can't say enough good things about Angella Webb, our cook and Kelesha our housekeeper. Angella shopped, cooked, cleaned and made us feel welcome. She went beyond her responsibilities I'm sure. She taught us about all the Jamaican foods. bringing us examples to our Villa, letting us take pictures. etc. She presented the food beautifully everyday. She took us places and made us feel at home in Jamaica. Angella also taught us so much about the Jamaican culture and Patois. She was a pleasure to get to know and I'm sure we will keep in touch with her. Roy, the lifeguard was delightful also.
...The beach was extremely well cared for daily by your maintenance staff. They raked it daily and kept it looking beautiful. Security appeared to be great and I felt safe with my family while we were on the property.
...I would definitely recommend anyone to plan a vacation at Silver Sands. Your web site is what attracted me to your resort. It had so much helpful information and I was able to contact many people who had stayed at your resort previously. You and your staff always responded to my e-mail within 24 hours and made the registration process easy. I didn't have a single problem with the billing/deposits etc. Thank you for the great stay at Queen's Cottage. We hope to able to come back someday. I'll try to send some family photos via email soon.
