Once again, our stay at Silver Sands
was wonderful. This was our second time
to Silver Sands, the first for my husband and my's wedding
in Jan. '02 and this time for a
friend's wedding. Both times have been absolutely
unforgettable. In fact, we raved about our first trip
so much that it was the reason
our friends decided to have their wedding
there! We have also motivated more than
10 trips by other friends and family
to Silver Sands since our wedding and we will continue to
spread the word about what a
wonderful place it is!

Our stay in Summertime was exceptional. The house is by far the best one we've seen and we were lucky to have such an accomodating and helpful staff in Angela and Brenda. They kept the house immaculate and the meals were delicious. Of course, we're all back on diets now that we're home! But the house was beautifully decorated and we loved having so many places to choose from where the whole group could gather - the living room, the patio under the roof, poolside, and the back patio.

Summertime even ended up being the
gathering place for many other members
of the wedding party it was so well designed. The view
is gorgeous (although there must
be something that can be done about all the
power lines!) and the short walk down the steps to the beach
was extremely convenient. Even
with the poor water pressure and the short
loss of power, we wouldn't have traded
our stay at Summertime for anything.

The staff at Jacobs Taylor beach was very helpful. All of our ground transportation was arranged easily and they even made special arrangements when we neglected to call ahead for our shuttle to Falmouth. Our airport transportation was flawless and the refreshments on the bus when we first arrived were WONDERFUL!

Dan and I are planning to return and bring a group with us for our 5 year anniversary in 2007. Hopefully, we'll also be back before then!
I believe that Kerry and Jon will be sending some photos of their wedding for you to post. If they do not, I will be happy to send some as it was another great week and absolutely fabulous wedding planned by Thelma Gray.
