Hi Prem,
First of all let me compliment you on the wonderful facilities you manage at Silver-Sands. My family and I had the most wonderful week at Villa Kamarr. I n fact we are already planning our return visit.
Your staff was wonderful, the service they provided was exceptional. I did manage to stop in at your office to personal thank them before I left.
I am busy encouraging my brothers, sisters and their respective families to visit and stay at silver-sands. My visit coincided with our family reunion and some of my relatives were repeat guests at silver sand so we decided to have our family reunion there this year. The reunion was well attended, there was 97 adults and children staying at silver sands. Everyone was quite pleased with the facilities. I like the fact that security personnel was always very visible, which provided a certain level of comfort and safety for myself and my family. We felt quite safe going down to the beach before daylight for an early morning run.
Ground transportation was not properly planned out on our part so it became a bit expensive to go on the various day outings that were planned. Miss Thelma and AnnMarie spoiled us immensely, there cooking and attention to our ever needs was beyond what was expected.
My only complaint is that there was not enough activities at silver sands for guest participation. Some water sports and night time activities would be great.
Thanks for making our stay pleasant...looking forward to returning real soon.
