Guests' Letters G. Brooke Carter . . . Kamarr Villa, May 2003 Prem, It was as it always is, a very nice, quiet time. We did the usual, got up, had breakfast, waited for two more meals, and went to bed. I read 6 books in 9 days. Thelma was happy to see us, and my wife Berni painted about 18 watercolours, one of which we have left with Thelma for Nina and George. It is a pleasure to go to Kamarr, and relax, as it is really the only time of the year when we completely stop doing stuff, except for a bit of e-mail. I have a simple way of connecting now, with a local call, so internet is no trouble. The software is called "iPass" and provides local connections all over the world. I will contact you next year, as we expect to return once more... Thanks Prem, and thanks to Angela and the rest of your gang, and Thelma, who has turned into a real friend.
