Dear Prem,
I just returned from Silver Sands and was compelled to write you on the service andgeneral excellence of the staff. We stayed at Villa Kamarr and our cook, Thelma, made us the best fried chicken I've ever had (and I've travelled a lot), and she and Hope, our maid, were so all around outstandingly cool and professional that I wanted to take this chance to re-ccomend them.
. . .I also want to commend Debbie Ann, who seems to run the office- she's very bright and helpful and I was impressed!
