Dear Prem,
What a spectacular week my bride and I had on our honeymoon in Jamaica!
I was a little nervous about booking my honeymoon through the Internet, but what a great find this turned out to be!
We were promptly greeted at the airport and whisked off to Silver Sands. And what a beautiful beach it is!
I know that a number of folks were frightened to travel after the Sept. 11 attack, but we felt very secure the entire time of our stay. The security at Silver Sands was excellent: round the clock, but not at all intrusive.
Without a doubt, the best part of our stay was the lovely Fay Harrison, who cooked and cleaned for us. We had never been to Jamaica and wanted to taste some of the Jamaican food. Well, Fay is a fantastic cook! Whatever we wanted, she would prepare.
We also enjoyed snorkeling and seeing the falls. As it would happen, hurricane Iris blew through as we were about to end our honeymoon. The Silver Sands folks were right on top of all the details from storm preparation to helping rearrange flights.
I am a parish priest and, of course, do premarital counselling. I've already recommended Silver Sands as an excellent honeymoon site to the couples I see, and will continue to do so.
