Dear Prem,
We had a superb holiday at Silver Sands, it far outweighed our expectations.
Je Suis Content was ideally placed in the resort. The villa staff - Lileth and Lisa were lovely. They cooked all our meals, kept the place clean and did the laundry. They were helpful, friendly and discrete. We would, and have recommend their services to our friends.
The office staff provided a good service, they helped us with car hire, a dolfin swim and a rafting trip.
The ground transport was well organised.
We found out about Silver Sands quite by accident using the internet.
One problem we had with the pool was that it wasn't very clean when we arrived but it had certainly been cleaned by the third day.
Another problem was the guest who was due to use the villa after us had given the phone number of the villa to all his friends and told them he would be there from the Friday when in fact we didn't leave until the Sunday. We had phone calls all friday night into the early hours of Saturday morning when we took the phone off the hook! He moved into the Villa next door towards the end of the week and from time to time the music was at an unacceptable volume which we did complain to him about.
Apart from that we had a very enjoyable holiday and would love to go back one day.
