. . . Endless Summer, October '99
Dear Prem,
Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed your beautiful home. Your house staff was wonderful and cooked all of Derick's favorite foods from long ago. It was definitely a trip down memory lane. Tony is hooked on ackee and codfish.
When you talk with the girls, please tell Tashana that Derick still doesn't make pumpkin soup as good as hers. Also, please tell Betty we're going through cake withdrawal. And last, but certainly not the least, tell Merlene it was so-o-o nice to come home and not have piles of laundry to do. We hope that we weren't too much of a bother for them. We really enjoyed spending time talking with them. We look forward to staying in touch with them.
Also, we used the phone to make in-country calls but, if there were any charges, please let us know.
We are already planning another trip for next summer although I don't know if we'll be able to stay at Endless Summer as I don't know if we will have 4 couples. Anyway, we looked at some of the other houses you handle and they are almost as nice. But, I bet the staff can't compare.
