Hi,
i just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to thank you and your team for our wonderful wedding and stay in Silver Sands.
From start to finish it was amazing, your staff helping us all the way.
A real special mention has to go to a few people which I would be grateful if you would pass on to them,
Miss Jackie, Miss Little and Le-bern at Primrose Path were marvellous. Words really cannot to justice to how much they looked after us and helped us, making our stay so wonderful. I know you and the other behind the scenes staff must do a lot of hard work, but I can honestly say they would be the single reason if I was to visit Silver Sands again, there really are a credit to you.
Miss Margaret and her team at Orchid House - Although our stay there was only for 3 nights after our wedding they were equally as good, preparing a delicious reception meal for us and pampering us like royality for out 3 day "honeymoon" away from the rest of our family.
Last but not least, Malcolm our bus driver. He was brilliant, looking after us, going out his way to ensure our enjoyment and safety when we ventured outside Silver Sands. He certainly made our visits out alot more enjoyable and made us feel very safe at all times.
I feel I should also mention Thelma Gray, although she isn't part of your staff I know you link from your web site to her. She was brilliant, we couldnt have asked for better. I would certainly recommend her to anyone thinking of getting married in Jamaica.
As you can probably tell we all had a brillaint holiday and thank you all for it.
On a bad point, and possibly the only bad point, I was dissapointed with the Tennis Racquets and Snorkeling equipment we hired from you. The rackets were all different, some very old and some very cheap looking and not good quality as I would have expected. The snorkelling equipment wasn;t much good either. We tried it in our pool and no matter what we did the masks leaked and wouldnt fit properly to be used. In contrast when we went on a snorkelling trip and used there equipment we loved every minute so we know it wasnt us using the equipment wrongly.
