. . . The Orchid House,

Hi Prem:
We had a great time. As you know, I have been in love with Orchid House ever since you built it and nothing has changed.
We were a bit apprehensive with a new owner, and particularly, with a new staff. Not to worry! Dionne was excellent, not only as a cook and someone to chat with and organize fish with,etc., but she took a shine to our new granddaughter, Zita, and vice versa, so she would take her for a walk, or a sit, while we were eating breakfast or lunch (after she had served it, of course). Zita loved it, and it gave Kate's daughter Alexandra some time to herself which was the purpose of the trip in the first place.
Carlene, the housekeeper, was quiet but very efficient, keeping the place neat and tidy and providing clean clothes every couple of days.
... Margaret was her usual self, cheerful, good to chat with and an excellent cook. The highlight of our trip occurred when, due to a 4 hour delay caused by Air Canada, we arrived at Silver Sands at 9 PM on Saturday evening wondering if it would be open and whether we would have to find a restaurant for dinner. There was Margaret, in the kitchen, with dinner ready, waiting patiently for us, with a big smile and a hug.
. . . The points that Alexandra remembers most distinctly are the pool and waterfall in the middle of the villa.
. . . I see you are now providing guest services to Silver Sands, as well as your clients, at the club. I guess that is recognition by the new management of the quality of your service. Angella seems quite busy and happy.
