We apologize for not writing to you before this. We have been busy taking Al to doctor's appointments and tests and then we were out of town for a couple of days.
We just want to thank you and your staff for all you did to make out stay at Endless Summer most memorable and perfect. We came by on Sat. to see you,but you weren't in that day. We wanted to give you some candy from our town and to thank you for being so helpful. We did write to Prem to let him know and have sent letters to the staff there, but want you to know how much we appreciate all you and your staff did for us. Thanks, too, for the use of the golf cart to get my husband up and down the hill. That was a big help. Now, our 13 yr. old grandson thinks he should have a cart at their home to drive folks around. He thought that was great!
Our lunch at Harmony Hall was fantastic and they were so great with all the children. Thanks for your phone call to them (and they did call that morning to reconfirm). It was a great experience. They had a nice, long table set outside under the canopy for us and were ready for the 15 of us. It was a delicious lunch and we did quite a lot of shopping upstairs, too. We bought quite a few gifts and our one son bought a lot of items to decorate their daughter's bathroom back home. It was a nice addition to an already perfect week and they enjoyed Dunn's River and the climb very much. Friday definitely was the day to go. Thank you so much for everything and please know that all your special efforts are appreciated. Hope to see you all again and keep up the good work. Gratefully, All the Knouses (Jerry)
P.S. We, on one hand, want to keep Silver Sands our own secret; yet, on the other hand, we want everyone to share in the delightful experience we had. Already, several friends are asking us for information on taking their families there. Guess we'll have to be nice and share it!
