"Our trip was wonderful
and we loved the
location because it was so near the beach. It was just
before the holiday rush and we
literally had the beach to ourselves for about 5
days.
I highly recommend your services to everyone that asks.
As you know Prem, I am from Jamaica and needless to say a lot of people I've encountered in the tourist trade leave a lot to be desired, so I kept warning my 3 companions not to expect too much. The CCV staff that we dealt with (to and from the airport) are a real asset to your organization. Trish is enthusiastic about her job, and her big smile when she met us at the airport made us feel welcome. We made our own taxi arrangements for 2 days to see the island and we should have just stuck with CCV's services. Now we know for next time.
I chose to do business with your organization because of your extensive web site. The fact that I was able to e-mail some of your ambassadors instilled further confidence in it.
Because of the pictures on the web site, Sea Wyf was exactly what we expected. We especially loved the gazebo and would sit there for coffee in the morning and refreshments before dinner. . .
We would take walks in the area every evening and always felt very secure (which was a very big issue with me and was one of my main concerns regarding Silver Sands). I was amazed to see how much security there was.
It's truly a beautiful location and I was so pleased to share this small gem of Jamaica with my 3 friends, they really enjoyed it. They were so interested in the various types of trees (ackee, breadfruit, mango, almond, etc.) and could not get over the beautiful bougainvillea and other flowers.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Friday evening Mento Band (sea in the background, old-time songs) and at one point even danced. Also we went to Dunn's River and they could not get over it (3 of us climbed, while the 4th took pictures). I'll send some pictures to you shortly for your web site.
My husband retires next month and looks forward to staying at Silver Sands so you can count on hearing from me again.
