Angella.....first, let me thank you
and the CCV team again for the time and energy you put into
making sure our vacation at Silver Sands over the last two
weeks was very relaxing and enjoyable. As I sit here waiting
for my hundreds of emails to download so I can "get back
into things," I am fully relaxed and refreshed, which was
the whole idea! You helped make our 25th Wedding Anniversary
celebration most memorable.
Having been to Silver Sands before, but with this being our first time booking through CCV, Eleanor and I wanted to provide you with some feedback...
Expectations Met or Exceeded
* CCV was extremely professional and responsive in terms of all of our pre-visit arrangements and our needs while at Silver Sands. Knowing your team was just a phone call, or short walk, away was very nice. You're a real class act.
* The villa staffs were very good at what they did. Both houses (Santa Margherita and Endless Summer) were kept very clean and neat, the food was absolutely outstanding, and the gardens were well manicured.
* The car rental you arranged through Garmack was perfect. Having the car dropped off and picked up at our villas was the way to go. Not having to deal with picking it up and dropping it at the airport worked out very well. Thanks, very much, for recommending this and for arranging it.
* The swimming pool at Endless Summer was outstanding. Somehow the water was always cool and refreshing.
* Security -- it seemed that everywhere you went at Silver Sands you saw a security guard, which made for a very comfortable feeling. They were always very courteous and professional. This is a real asset to the resort.
...Again, please know we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was our daughters' first trip to Jamaica and they also had a great experience!
