We offer a wide range of private vacation homes, from cozy charming cottages to large luxurious villas with private pools, great sea views and more. Each owner imparts his own tastes and preferences to his home, making a varied and rich offering of accommodations.
So How Do You Choose What's Right For You?
Unlike hotels, villas and cottages do not receive official ratings. Nevertheless, we know that you will appreciate some guidance on the overall standard of accommodation. Our Four Ways To Select A Rental are a great help in narrowing down the choices, but, as we do not want you to be disappointed and we do not want to misrepresent anything, we urge you to explore the homes yourself to determine the best one for you. Remember, unless otherwise stated on the home's details on the web page, the maximum number of persons per bedroom is two. Children under the age of two years may share their parents' bedroom.
CCV's Star Rating System
We have developed our own Star Rating System for you to bear in mind as you tour the homes in which you are interested.
Three Stars 
Accommodation which meets our minimum standard, considered to be high. These homes are clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished with well-equipped kitchens. Most have air-conditioned bedrooms, pools, sea views, or may be on the sea front.

Four Stars
These are luxurious homes. All have air-conditioned bedrooms, a private pool or spa, or are on the sea front. Almost all have sea views.

Five Stars
These homes are overflowing with luxury. All have air-conditioned bedrooms, private pools, and sea views. They will have everything a Four Star home has and more. More attention to details, more amenities.

CCV's Premier Rentals
In addition to our Star Rating System, we have also singled out the homes which, in our opinion, stand out from the crowd. They may not all be 5 Star homes, but each one is Special in some way.
