Prem Chadeesingh Prem (an Indian name,
pronounced "Praim") is quite knowledgeable about
Jamaica as he lived there for over 30 years. He is
regarded as an expert on Silver Sands having lived
on the property with his wife and young children
for over 7 years. Before getting involved in
this business, he was co-owner of a construction
company operating in this part of Jamaica. Among
other projects, Prem and his partner at the time,
built the last road constructed at Silver Sands at
the South side of the development. Prem has served as Chairman
of The Silver Sands Cottage Owners Association. He
still visits Silver Sands every two to three months
to personally inspect the homes and to supervise
his staff there. Prem's qualifications
include a Masters in Business Administration from
Baruch College of the City University of New York,
and a Bachelor's of Applied Science, majoring in
Industrial Engineering, from the University of
Toronto. Having lived in the USA,
Canada, and England, Prem is in tune with the needs
of visitors to Jamaica. Combined with his local
knowledge, this makes him an ideal individual to
assist persons wishing to visit Silver
Sands.
