Pineapple Villa is a very spacious 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom villa, with private pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are three living rooms, two verandahs, expansive pool deck and patio, and a roof top sundeck with beautiful sea views. This villa shares a large gated lot with Pineapple Cottage, which is a two bedroom rental unit, making these two properties perfect for large groups and reunions.

Free Airport Transfers from Montego Bay to Silver Sands included in Weekly Rates (one pick-up and one drop-off for all members of your party traveling together). Minimum stay is 3 nights. A stay of less than a week does not include Free Airport Transfers.

FURTHER DETAILS:
- There are five bedrooms on the ground level where the dining room and kitchen are also located. On this level there are two living rooms, West and East, with a BIG screen TV (cable) and DVD combo music system.
- On the upper level there are two bedrooms and another living room as well as a roof top sun deck with panoramic sea view.
- The private pool is solar-heated to take the chill off in the winter months. It has an expansive deck with lots of lounge chairs.
- There are two verandahs on the ground floor and a large patio to the North and West of the pool, making outdoor dining an easy option.
- The dining room has two tables to accommodate a full house.
- Every bedroom is comfortably furnished and equipped with plenty of storage space in chests of drawers and closets. Cot and child's bed available.
- All bathrooms have showers and hair dryers.
- Fully-equipped kitchen.
