This is a Plan of the Ground Floor,
showing the four bedrooms laid out side by side, East to
West. The building is only one room deep so all rooms
benefit from cross-ventilation, making air-conditioning
unnecessary.
The verandah is where you will spend most of your time when you want to be in the shade. It's perfect if you just want to lounge about, enjoying the view. It's also great for dining. Step off the verandah and you step onto the beautiful white sand beach. A few feet further and you are in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
On the other side of the house, you enter through a lush garden with many interesting, exotic blooms.
All the rooms are interconnected and
the attic is also accessible without going out onto the
verandah. This makes family arrangements for young children
very easy.

This is a Plan of the Attic, showing the
fifth bedroom and the dormitory. The fifth bedroom is
furnished with twin beds, while the dormitory is equipped
with six single beds. Note the bathroom is to the left with
separate toilet and shower.
There are huge dormer windows which
allow the cooling breezes to pass through and provide some
nice views of the Caribbean Sea to the North and the front
garden to the South.
