Dolphin Cove at Treasure Reef, Dunn's River, Ocho Rios
Situated near Dunn's River Falls, within walking distance, Dolphin Cove is a marine attraction that you will not want to miss and one that you will never forget. There is a lot to do at Dolphin Cove, but the highlight of your visit will certainly be the interaction with the bottlenose dolphins, be it an encounter or an actual swim with one of these wonderful animals. It's educational, it's fun, and the whole area is beautiful. The facilities, which include restaurant and gift shop, are tastefully set in four acres of hillside rainforest on the edge of the Caribbean Sea. There is no limit on your stay at Dolphin Cove, so you may take your time. Explore the Jungle Trail and indulge in the other facilities on offer.

DOLPHIN PROGRAMMES
There are three dolphin programmes (described below) from which to choose. There is a brief orientation prior to each scheduled dolphin programme. Reservations are required for all three programmes. All jewellery, including rings, must be removed.
The programmes start at:
9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM
The number of participants in each programme is limited.

1. "The Touch Encounter"
US$67.00
You make friends, "touch" and have an "up-close" experience
with the dolphins in the shallows. Children under the age of
6 years must be held in the arms of a paying adult while
touching the dolphins.
2. "The Encounter Swim"
US$129.00
You swim in deep water (flotation devices and flippers
provided), play, be kissed and caressed by a dolphin. You
must be at least 8 years old, know how to swim, and women
must not be pregnant.
3. "The Swim With"
US$195.00
You swim in deep water (flotation devices and flippers
provided), play, be kissed and caressed by a dolphin
Additional activities include the foot push and dorsal pull
by the dolphin. You must be at least 8 years old, know how
to swim, and women must not be pregnant.
Swim, Hold and Feed the
Sharks
US$119.00
When you enter the Dolphin Cove, you may proceed to the restaurant or lookout areas from where you will have the above view of the cove. In the above photo, two groups of ten persons are in the sea in front of the trainers who conduct the dolphins through the programme.
Jamaican Buffet Lunch from 12 noon to 3:30 PM

Every day the Dolphin Cove restaurant offers a buffet lunch which will include a choice of 3 meats, 2 starches, hot vegetable, cold salad, rolls, dessert, coffee, tea, and fruit juice. Reservations recommended.

Snacks, drinks and ice cream available.
Gift Shop
A really wide selection of dolphin souvenirs, unique
Jamaican art and craft, as well as Jamaican pipes, Cuban
cigars, liquor and Blue Mountain Coffee.
Video Shop
Still photographs and videos of your Dolphin experience are
on sale.
Miscellaneous
Dolphin Cove is wheelchair friendly.
You should bring a towel and appropriate clothing (shorts or
swimwear depending on the activities you have booked).
It's best not to bring jewellery or other valuables to
Dolphin Cove.
You are required to be on the property at least 30 minutes
before the start of the Dolphin program that you have
booked.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made 24 hours (1 day ) prior to the time of
the confirmed reservation - NO REFUND.
2. Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days ) prior to the time
of confirmed reservation - A FEE OF US$ 50.00 PER PERSON
WILL BE CHARGED.
3. Cancellations made 96 hours (4 days ) prior to the time
of confirmed reservation and BEFORE 48 HOURS A FEE OF US$
25.00 PER PERSON WILL BE CHARGED.
4. Cancellations made 120 hours (5 days ) prior to the time
of the confirmed reservations - FULL REFUND.
