What Is And Is Not Included: Rates include local taxes, staff salaries, laundry, cost of water and electricity, cleaning and household supplies. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary linen, bath and beach towels, dishes, utensils, soaps and tissue paper. Unless you choose otherwise, CCV will stock an initial supply of groceries on an account in your name at the local supermarket so that a meal or refreshments are available upon your arrival. Anything not opened or used may be returned for a full credit. Rates do not include car rental, transportation, baggage handling, staff gratuities, telephone charges, food, beverages, liquor, personal items and expenses, dry cleaning, and baby-sitting.
Booking Bedrooms: Some villas permit guests to book a lesser number of bedrooms than the villa contains. Those not booked are closed off. The rest of the villa is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay. No one else will share any part of the villa with you. Maximum two persons per bedroom. An infant may share a bedroom at no extra charge.
Payments: A reservation is only confirmed when a 20% deposit has been received by CCV. The balance is due no less than 30 days prior to the start of the booking period. If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the booking period, the entire amount is due immediately.
Travel Insurance: CCV highly recommends you obtain insurance. One of your party may become ill and unable to travel, and sometimes there are other events beyond your control. Find out how to obtain Travel Insurance.
Refunds: Your payments will only be refunded if (1) CCV is unable to provide the services or accommodation (e.g. damage to the property) in which case you get a full refund; (2) CCV is able to rebook the villa for the period you booked, in which case you get a refund less US$50 service charge. There is no refund under any circumstances for any unused portion of booked accommodation or services. Cancellation of your booking may result in the forfeiture of your payments.
