Liability: CCV is not responsible in any way whatsoever for any damage, loss, expense, injury, or death arising in connection with the provision of any service or the rental of any accommodation, or arising in connection with any airline, vessel or ground carrier, or for the action or omission of any travel agency or tour operator, or their agents. CCV is not responsible in any way whatsoever for any damage, loss, delay, harm or expense resulting from inclement weather, acts of terrorism, acts of God, labour unrest, monetary crisis, theft, quarantine restrictions, civil commotion, arrest or restraint by any government, the hazards of war, or any conditions outside of its control. If CCV has misrepresented the accommodations you have booked, it will give you the choice of being moved to similar suitable accommodations or canceling the booking for a full refund. The limit of CCV's liability is the full price you paid to CCV.
Satellite Television: Every effort is made to provide this service in homes that are equipped with satellite television systems. However the service is sometimes unreliable and no refunds or compensation of any kind can be made for the failure of the satellite systems.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, if you are holding a Confirmed Reservation, any price changes will not apply to your existing booking. The price quoted on your Confirmation is guaranteed. Note on Prices.
