She's an excellent cook (we're surprised she hasn't opened a restaurant). Although we refrain from meat, fowl and shell-fish, Valerie wasn't daunted -- she was able to vary the meals every day with an extensive repertoire of sauces and gravies for fish. And, she surprised us several times with delicious cakes and muffins baked from scratch (her banana cake could win awards). Also, we appreciated Valerie washing our clothes every day." M & J Bassoff.
